Under the direction of the Director Internal Audit, the Manager Internal Audit has the operational responsibility to ensure execution of the audit plan for Europe, ensuring all plan activities are staffed and scheduled. The Manager Internal Audit also performs audits and other assignments as a part of the audit team Responsibilities further include interface with management, Sector Head and Sector CFO, reporting findings, plan and progress of open issues, and integrity promotion and dissemination of MA&SA values and branding (in cooperation/support with/of Director). Objectives: . Evaluate the effectiveness of governance, internal control and risk management processes through conducting assurance assignments . Proactively propose action and support Management to improve the governance ,internal control and risk management processes, also known as the Electrolux Control System (ECS) . Provide consulting activities designed to add value and improve the Electrolux operations, e.g. consulting assignments and fraud investigations. Key operational responsibilities: . Responsible to operationally execute the Internal Audit Plan for and provide assistance to Director Internal Audit in on-going priorities and local feedback. . Work as a member of an international professional team to ensure that overall objectives are met and functional priorities are achieved . Lead and perform assurance assignments based on the internal audit plan . Write and issue timely internal audit reports including actionable recommendations based on agreed format and rating . Provide summary information to the Internal Audit Director as required in respect of assignments completed, major issues and the Internal Audit Plan . Assist Internal Audit Director performing fraud and consulting assignments. . Provide support and independent oversight to management's Internal Control program, Electrolux Control System . Drive the implementation of MA&SA global methodologies, values and working practices . Act as a referral point for internal control issues . Coach and develop the team reporting directly to the Manager Internal Audit . Perform administrative tasks involving the team reporting directly to the Manager Internal Audit (such as approving expense reports and time reporting) . Assist Director Internal Audit with maintaining contact with key sector managers
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Competencies needed . The candidate is likely to have 8 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years of audit experience or equivalent, and a business degree. . The base location for the position is Stockholm, Sweden, however the position will require travel within EMEA region as well as on occasion to other continents (approximately 50% travel but can vary) . Strong internal control and risk management skills . Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills . Experience of determining risks and assessing their significance . Must speak and write excellent English, other languages a strong merit . Knowledge and experience from working in SAP is a merit . Experience from working with data analysis audit tools like ACL, PAWS is a plus . Knowledge of corporate governance and International Accounting Standards is an advantage . CIA, CISA, CCSA or CFE certification is a plus Languages English
