We are looking to appoint a maintenance manager immediately, or upon an agreed starting date.
Ericsson in Kumla is expanding and we are looking for several new employees, mainly within the areas technology, quality and logistics. If you have the right background and competence we can offer you a challenging job and an exciting future within Ericsson.
Ericsson supply site in Kumla is part of the business unit networks. We are globally responsible för predevelopment, industrialization and production of the next generations radio base stations. We are the link between design and volume production. We make sure Ericsson's high technology products are manufactured with high quality, in an effective and cost efficient way. Our responsibility includes securing an efficient supply chain flow for our products globally.

Publiceringsdatum2010-04-15Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a maintenance manager you will be in charge of preventive and corrective maintenance, first and second line support as well as participating in improvement work. To succeed, you must be clear in your demands towards other functions in the factory and a good network builder, both with external suppliers and internally with Ericsson factories around the world. You are also responsible for handling spare parts for machine and test equipments. You will be responsible for budgets and results and have staff responsibility for 12 employees. You will also be a part of this sections management team.
Production is your main customer but you are support to other functions as well, the range of equipment is wide and you have experienced and skilled personnel in your group. People in your group work both daytime and three-shift.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You should have an academic education with focus on machines/automation or similar subjects as well as previous experience from management positions.
It is important that you have good personal qualities. You are good at communicating and cooperation, are result oriented and work in a structured and systematic way. Furthermore you are good at dealing with operative work tasks while developing and implementing strategies, new concepts and ways of working for the section and the production chain as a whole. You are fluent in Swedish and English both in writing and speaking.
