Every day, Tamro supplies more than 1,300 pharmacies throughout Sweden with pharmaceuticals and other healthcare products. This is an important role in the Swedish value chain for well-being and we approach it with the utmost respect. Thousands of people's health and sometimes even lives are dependent on Tamro always delivering on time with the goods in perfect condition.
A well-functioning pharmaceutical supply chain requires cooperation and trust. Tamro is an independent actor and works with everyone's best interests in mind - pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacies, consumers and patients. We cooperate with about 150 pharmaceutical manufacturers and ensure that we have their products in stock, distributing them to pharmacies and hospitals. However, we do not manufacture or market pharmaceuticals.

For our client we are now looking for a Manager Logistic development and support.
Manager Logistic development and support is a key position at Tamro. The position is placed in Gothenburg and reports to the Site Manager.
Job description
In this role you will play an important part in optimizing the infrastructure of the internal logistics, an area that needs to steadily improve as the company continues to grow and volumes are ever increasing. You will be a member of the local management team and contribute to the overall goals for the Distribution center.
Focus will be to bring new influences and knowledge to the team and ensure a steady growth of competence for individuals and the organization as a whole.
• Part of the local management team
• Lead a team of 13 people
• Develop team and warehouse set up for optimum efficiency in the picking process
• Warehouse administration including stocktake and KPI development
• Lead investigation and root cause analyses
• Secure best use of warehouse capacity
• Standardize and systemize work method
• Part of project team upgrading inventory flows and warehouse systems
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe that you have at least 5 years of experience from logistics, as well as experience from change management and ERP systems.
As a person you are analytical, structured, self-driven and can lead and motivate your team. You are able to quickly analyze numerical data and prioritize the actions needed to find root causes and eliminate these to prevent their reoccurrence. You are highly communicative in Swedish and English both in writing and verbally.

• Bachelors degree in logistics or equivalent work experience
• 5 years experience from logistic flow or logistic planning
• Self motivated and driven
• Strong leadership
• Experience from change management
• Experience from ERP
• Experience of Lean and Six Sigma is advantageous
