We are now looking for a Logility Global Process Lead - Supply Planning. Join GIS in Husqvarna, for temporary position for a year of growth, new knowledge, innovation - and a great experience.

Our IT department is a global and diverse team with a wide variety of backgrounds, expertise's and perspectives. With more than 200 people in the team, we are present almost all over the world.
About Logility Excellence Center (LEX):
Logility Excellence Center (LEX) is responsible for the supply chain planning solution Logility Voyager. With a combined business and technical knowledge, the team drives the support and maintenance, as well as the continuous improvement and future roadmap of Logility Voyager end-to-end. LEX was established in 2019 and we are since 2020 a part of GIS Husqvarna Division, where the team has a shared service center role delivering to all Divisions.
The supply chain planning solution and the processes it supports are important enablers for our Divisions in delivering on the 2025 strategy. The agenda for the future is ambitious, both in terms of functional and geographical expansion of Logility Voyager. This puts high expectations and requirements on the Excellence Center's ability to support our Divisions on this journey.
Your role as a Logility Global Process Lead:
Does handling our supply chain planning towards a brighter, more efficient future sounds like your calling?
In this role, you (together with your team) will be leading the charge in global process and solution design, ensuring we're always on the cutting edge and constantly improving. Your expertise will give important insights to our divisions, setting the standard for best practices across the board.
Your skills will be pivotal, as you elevate our team by developing our superusers and supporting their growth. When software challenges arise, your expertise in troubleshooting will shine - as you seamlessly navigate issues, working closely with relevant teams to plot the best course of action. Guiding divisions through shifting business landscapes, you'll maximize our software's potential, ensuring we stay adaptable; and ahead.
Your creative expertise will be key in planning the future roadmap of Supply Chain Planning. While focusing on the big picture, you'll also be the linchpin in resolving software tickets, ensuring a smooth operational experience for all our users. As a Subject Matter Expert, your guidance will be crucial in driving projects to success, while your collaborative attitude will forge strong ties with internal and external stakeholders, leading the charge in process improvements.
A dedication to learning will be important, as you will create training materials and keep an ear to the ground, staying well-informed of the latest industry shifts and emerging technologies. With your guidance, we'll not just keep pace with the industry - but set the trend, bringing forward-thinking solutions to the forefront.
Your experience and skills:
Bachelor's degree in relevant field or similar knowledge acquired through relevant work experience
Minimum 2-5 year experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
Fluent in English

It's a plus if you also have:
Knowledge in the Logility Voyager solution (and related processes)
Previous experience from statistical modelling
Experience in working through sprints and other project related methodologies
Possesses a history of leadership, particularly in international landscapes.
Deep expertise in process mapping, analysis, design, and governance.
A robust technical IT insight

You're the proactive and self-driven and aren't afraid to make independent decisions. If you also can communicate and present your ideas effectively, both in speech and writing, then we'd love to hear from you.
Location:
This role is preferable located in Huskvarna.
Other locations can be discussed, for the right person. Husqvarna Group has a Hybrid work model, where location is of less importance for the right candidate.
