www.etonshirts.com Our customer Eton is currently looking for a Groupleader for the production unit in Gånghester, on temporarily basis for 6 months or longer.
At the production unit in Gånghester, Eton works with product development and sample production. Eton also manufacture bulk production, "Made-to-Measure" production and any ongoing training and development needs. Due to recent growth, Eton is looking for someone to analyze and help support change in the future for the production unit in Gånghester.
Are you a strong leader with people management skills?
We are looking for someone with years of experience managing and mentoring staff and coaching where needed. As a leader, you are clear, present and observant, and have the ability to positively and continuously provide feedback that allows both the team and individuals to grow into new roles. As a Groupleader at Eton, you are responsible for the people development and team building within the production unit as well as administration. You have staff responsibility for the production team consisting of 7 people in sewing and cutting where you also actively observe the daily work. You are responsible for weekly training, scheduling, coaching and mentoring of the staff.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, specifically in Excel. You will also be fluent in English and Swedish, both speaking and writing.
The position is a temporarily 6 months assignment or longer.
