Electrolux with its strong focus on Talent Management recognizes that a major key success factor to the company's ability to deliver on the strategy in order to build a high performing learning organization is based on developing excellent leadership capabilities. We believe that a great leader at Electrolux balances equally the value of business leadership as well as of people leadership. Based on this Leadership Model and a business need gap analysis we develop our leadership programs. As Electrolux now strengthens its global agenda and implements a global system for Learning Management, the organizational learning cross functions and regions will be more critical. We will strengthen our Global Learning team in order to further develop our leadership programs and take on new learning initiatives and activities. Key operational responsibilities: Your overall responsibility within Learning and Development lays in the areas of investigation, development and execution of global learning and development programs, initiatives and activities. You are responsible for delivering high quality content aligned with the overall company strategy and business needs. As the L&D - Employee Engagement Survey, you are the project leader and the point of contact for the yearly Employee Engagement Survey. You also keep the global learning information on our internal website updated. . Collect global competence gaps and training needs . Find various innovative 70/20/10 ways of addressing learning gaps . Develop and launch new training programs . Update and improve existing training programs . Cooperate with and learn from external schools and partners . Cooperate with Suppliers for new learning opportunities . Vendor management and negotiations . Advise managers and employees on global learning opportunities to meet individual development needs

Kvalifikationer
• Passion for learning and how to translate business needs into successful leadership development

• Curiousity for finding new and smarter ways of doing things
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong business acumen and customer focused approach
• Experience from Project Management and Change Management
• Experience from working in an international environment
• Experienced in leadning others and self
• Proven record of successful teamwork and collaboration cross cultures
• Knowledge of principles and techniques of training
• Inspiring communicator both verbally and in written at all organizational levels
• Organized multi-tasker . Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (ppt, xls, doc) . Fluency in English
