Who you are
Who are you?You have a passion to drive competence development throughout our global sales processes and systems. You are able to devise our training strategy, oversee the implementation and asses its outcomes. You are not afraid of being hands-on and run training programs yourself.
About the jobYour responsibilities will be:
Identify and assess future and current training needs
Support and manage training related to the implementation of a global CRM tool
Lead development of training material and secure execution of training programs globally
Manage a team of two trainers and conduct train-the-trainer courses
Work in close corporation with local and central HR.
What you knowA proven record to design and deliver learning plans globally. The ability to establish relationships throughout all levels within the Alfa Laval organization. Excellent communication and leadership skills. A structured approach to plan, multi task and manage time effectively.
