What about the job
About the jobAlfa Laval Production System (ALPS) is based upon Lean and Six Sigma (LSS) and is our backbone how we work within Operations. Now we are taking the system to the next level, expanding the scope both within Operations and for the other parts of Alfa Laval.
The Operations Development (OD) ALPS Team is developing and driving the system for Alfa Laval and supporting the business in their deployment. To be successful in our mission, excellent communication and training is key. Therefor we need a new colleague with focus on communication, training and administration.
Your home base is in the ALPS team and you will play an active role in developing, coaching and training ALPS and LSS around the world. You will also support other OD programs that are linked to ALPS.
To be successful you have a good understanding of how to customize the ALPS and LSS message to different recipients, and you can give hands-on support to the organization in their ALPS and LSS journey.
The position is based in Lund and travel days are estimated to about 30 per year.
What you knowYou have a university degree and experience of Lean, training and change leadership. You have documented knowledge of using Sharepoint (or equivalent) as a communication tool. It is an advantage if you have Six Sigma Green Belt or higher level.
