We are looking for a Lead for Process Excellence to support our growth ambitions in the Europe market. The individual will be an expert in processes and standards at TCS, and shall be responsible to ensure sales and delivery excellence by strategizing and own the deployment and compliance of TCS processes in the assigned territory to ensure readiness for any process audit or assessment. The individual would also need to specifically manage the TCS partner network in NORDIC region - to increase sales effectiveness and revenue.
Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden, NORDIC and/or to Europe will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• The associate would be working in individual capacity, and in collaboration with TCS Corporate, for sales & delivery excellence in the geography.
• Define, prepare and ensure process deployment compliance in all the units under geography by maintaining a program plan of deployment and compliance activities.
• Identify, prioritize, support and deliver a range of continuous improvement and business process reengineering projects using TCS process excellence methods and tools.
• Monitor and control process deployment activities and report metrics for the operating unit.
• Maintain risk register for the geography and ensure that the mitigation actions are taken effectively.
• Ensure deployment of Knowledge Management processes across the geography.
• Develop, implement and drive joint business plans that identify the key growth areas with partner network.
• Train associates on applicable sales and delivery processes
• Manage sales, partner support satisfaction and partner engagement within the assigned territory.
• Work with TCS Partner Network to increase effectiveness of new sales and joint business.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 10 years experience in IT services outsourcing industry, whereof significant part of the experience from a firm using a Global Delivery Model (TCS experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills to engage (in English) with internal & external stakeholders at senior management level.
• Fluent in English (speak/read/write)
• Technical competence and good understanding/capacity to sell IT services solutions.
