From the fall of 2014 we will expand with one more class in grade 7 and therefore we are looking for a Swedish teacher to join our Swedish department at Senior School.
Brief description of the company:
Internationella Engelska Skolan in Eskilstuna is an established independent school which started in 2006, since August 2013 we have 1350 students in grades 1 - 9. We are a part of the organisation, Internationella Engelska Skolan i Sverige AB (IES). Half of the tuition is in English and the remainder in Swedish. We are a school with fundamental values; we offer the students a secure working environment, good discipline and great care. We have clear rules and expectations focusing on maintaining the best working environment for all. Our school ethos is based on six pillars; performance based learning, helping each student reach its individual potential, professional teacher commitment, bilingualism, internationalism and tough love. Yr 7-9 Swedish teacher 100%, the position includes mentorship for students.
We are looking for:
• Certified, professional teachers that will teach mainly in Swedish. It is important that you command the English language as the school is bilingual.
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, committed, loyal and positive team-players that are willing to go the extra mile for students and colleagues.
• Experience from an international environment is an advantage.
