YOUR PROFILE
Completed higher school education or completed commercial apprenticeship
1-2 years of professional experience in the Customer Service area and/or Sales Back Office
Very good English and Swedish language skills - spoken and written, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish is advantageous
Experienced user of MS Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
Microsoft Dynamics NAV knowledge beneficial
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented personality
