hela Sverige Customer Support Nordics is now looking for a Swedish Advisor that loves solving tricky cases and making sure our customers are happy.
As an Advisor at Customer Support Nordics you will not only be a part of a tight team who laughs a lot and who loves fika. You will also be part of a team that's not afraid to challenge our ways of working and the status quo, all with the aim to ensure our customers are happy with our products and that we support them in the best possible way.
Your role will be to act as a 2nd line response, and to support our customers and our 1st line with handling tricky customer cases. You will be investigating cases together with colleagues and other departments to find the best solution for each individual case. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and data protection queries.
To succeed in this role you have a great attitude and mindset, you are solutions oriented and not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done in time. You feel confident with talking to customers via phone since this is our primary channel. Delivering feedback, independent of who you direct it to, is something you feel confident in doing.
It's required that you have excellent communications and writing skills in Swedish as well as in English.
