Specially we are open only lunch but if everything runs good then we will keep it open during evening .
So now we are looking for an experienced chef who is able to work in high intensity. You are self going, innovative and have good communication skills. You need to have good knowledge about Indian food together with making Bangladeshi food and desert . if you know how to make Indian food then it will be not difficult to understand and learn Bangladeshi food because they are very close .
We are going to make a take away and event type restaurant . So you will mostly work on evening time.
We have two restaurants and Our goal is to serve good food . we are now focusing on Indian food, festival & catering as the first step in our business.
So we want to make an Indian/Bangladesh Kitchen where people will find Home made food . The food we will make will not like the food you find in Indian restaurant . It will be more focused so the people will get the feeling of their origin . Being spontaneous is an exciting way to reach our customers because we are constantly looking for new ways to provide good food.
• Knowledge and training in Bangladeshi and Indian cooking (North and South)
• Nan bread
• Indian , Desi and Bangladeshi cuisine
• Dosas, idli, uttapam etc
• Service minded customer service
• Fluent English is a requirement if you do not speak Swedish or Bangla .
Anställningsvillkor:
Anställningen kommer att vara på heltid . beroende på överenskommelse. Arbetstiderna varierar med hänsyn till våra öppettider och kommer att diskuteras vid en personlig intervju.
