As part of our continuous growth and success we are now looking for a new full-time employee to join our driven team in Stockholm.

As a collection agent for the Norwegian market you will find payment solutions and solve dispute cases with our customers over phone, email and letters. You will also have contact with debt counsellors and e-stores in order to assist our customers. As you will talk a lot on the phone you need to be able to make decisions quickly and can't be afraid to take own initiative. Also, you need to have strong communication skills and you are fluent in or have knowledge about the Norwegian language.

Your personality and your performance is more important than a higher education or work experience. At the beginning of your employment you will be given the training you need for your work at our department. It's a plus if you have previous experience from customer service or call center.
