hela Sverige Do you want to be part of our European launch of an innovative eye treatment?
Nordic Drugs is launching a new strategic business area in January 2026: an innovative eye treatment for the Nordic region (Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway). Our existing business areas include rheumatology, women's health, and critical care. Locally, we also work with over-the-counter (OTC) medicines and addiction care.
As our new KAM, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the company's portfolio by effectively launching and promoting pharmaceutical products in Sweden. The role focuses on building strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders, generating demand, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing strategic relationships to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities include product launch, sales performance, networking, strategic insight, and market intelligence.
In this role, you will: * Lead and execute the launch plan for new pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory * Promote products to healthcare professionals in line with marketing and regulatory strategies * Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs for both new and existing products * Identify, develop, and manage strategic customer relationships (e.g. hospitals, specialist clinics) * Understand the needs and structures of key accounts to provide tailored solutions * Create and implement strategic account plans with measurable objectives * Actively seek and build new customer contacts within the healthcare and pharmaceutical environment * Strengthen the company's presence and credibility through effective networking * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, marketing) to deliver a seamless customer experience * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy * Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
Your Background You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field, and have experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management - ideally with exposure to product launches. An existing network within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector and/or experience in ophthalmology is a strong asset. Proficiency in both Swedish and English is required.
Mindset and Personality You are driven, proactive, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and a clear focus on advancing projects and delivering measurable outcomes. You embrace innovation, stay open to new ideas, and feel confident making decisions and taking full ownership of results. A true team player, you collaborate effectively across teams and departments to achieve shared goals and contribute to collective success.
What We Offer As part of our team in Malmö, Sweden, you will join a group of 26 dedicated colleagues and report directly to the Regional Sales Director. In this key role, you will be part of a forward-thinking company where your drive and contributions truly matter. We foster a culture built on strong ethics and shared values, which form the foundation of our reputation and long-term success.
We offer an international and inclusive work environment that prioritizes safety, wellbeing, and collaboration. Our workplace is designed to support both personal and professional growth, with competitive compensation based on experience and aligned with a collective agreement, including the ITP pension plan.
You will also have access to our Employee Assistance Program, available to both employees and their families, as well as continuous learning and development opportunities tailored to your professional goals.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering a culture that embraces diversity and inclusion. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. In recognition of our efforts to create a strong workplace culture, we are certified as a Great Place to Work in three of our locations.
