Snow Software is expanding in Sweden! As part of our ambition to grow the business and leverage the increasing opportunity for SAM in Sweden we need to grow our sales capability. Focus will be on identifying and develop new and existing customers within the enterprise segment directly or jointly with partners. This is a senior role required to drive new and existing relationship and revenue growth, within the allocated sales territory.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Reach and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall team goals.
Develop relationships at all levels to include CXO.
Maximize customer new business opportunities through developing relationships with key account stakeholders from start to end.
Identifying and understanding trends within industries and apply to customer needs.
Strong focus on being able to analyse data and use it to effectively grow the business.
Involved in business opportunities driven by partners.
Enterprise Negotiation and close deals.
WHAT REQUIRE FROM YOU
Previous experience of independently generating, developing and closing new business within the software industry for at least 5 years.
Strong track record of sales success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting and creating new business.
Already demonstrably successful within sales in the enterprise software market with proven track record in the corporate space.
Experience in selling services and training.
Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) applications is essential.
Excellent presentation and documentation skills.
Ability to transfer technology solutions to value.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish.
Experience in SAM management and IT management is a plus.
