Since we are a small team with many different interfaces, you need to be able to work independently, be flexible and able to take initiative yourself. As a tester at the Sales Online & Marketing division you work with applications with high demands on availability and performance. The system architecture is very complex and in an enterprise environment, with multiple system integrations and stakeholders in many different areas. Therefore, it is required to have good planning and communication skills. You also need to understand critical and risk areas in online platforms. You should be flexible, fast learner and analytical in your personality. You have a structured and effective way to plan, document and execute tests.
