The Role
Willis Towers Watson is powered by a broad range of corporate functions and shared services that provide professional support to our business segments. These critical roles are the backbone of our company. Serving clients both internal and external, our corporate employees keep our businesses moving forward, both on the front lines and behind the scenes.

We are looking for a Junior HR adminwho will join our team in Stockholm for 6 months with the following responsibilities:

• Support the Country HR Manager in day to day HR operational activities and projects.
• Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and people managers on HR policies and practices.
• Support in all areas of the employee lifecycle such as boarding, annual performance management cycle, terminations.
• Work with HR Administrator on the monthly payroll, management of the HR system and reporting on key HR metrics when required.
• Contribute to HR projects such as post-merger harmonization of terms and conditions and the implementation of a large-scale HRIS

The Requirements

• A degree in HR or related area.
• A minimum of 2 years' HR generalist experience. The ideal candidate could currently be an experienced HR Administrator or a junior HR Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and statutory regulations.
• Confident and credible at dealing with managers and employees at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English, and the Knowledge of Finnish is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing and rapidly changing priorities.
• Proactive and agile attitude absolutely essential.
