Job Description

Do you want to develop beautiful, modern, and user-friendly solutions that engages millions of candidates? Join us as Application Specialist for our digital Talent Acquisition solutions.
You will be part of a cross-functional product team with the mission to develop products that empowers thousands of recruiters and hiring managers and engages millions of candidates. Together with the team, you have end-to-end responsibility for H&M Groups digital Talent Acquisition solutions, from product ideation to implementation and beyond.
The product team consist of eight people today. Everyone comes from different backgrounds; HR, Engineering and UX. We are a high performing and motivated team that listen to each other, embraces our diverse perspectives, and always finds a way forward together. To have fun is very important for us. We laugh a lot and are very easy-going!
Our tech stack consists of: Global Talent Acquisition platform (ATS and CRM SaaS solution, REST API (integrations), Career sites (React, Azure, WordPress, AI language translations) and Azure (DevOps, AppServices, Azure AD).

Responsibilities

• Have a holistic view of the technical solutions and their role in the greater H&M Group eco system
• Provide options for how the solution could be evolved to provide even more value
• Communication with stakeholders (vendors, other product teams and end users)
• Translate product strategy and requirements into suitable, maintainable, and scalable solution designed according to existing architectural guard rails
• Build the simplest possible solution that fulfils user needs as well as meets functional, quality and data compliance
• Integrations (APIs)
• Support and maintenance of applications

• Education in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience working with support and maintenance
• Experience working with operational tasks
• An interest to work with integration and API's
• General technical depth and problem-solving mindset

• Agile methodologies
• Azure platform (DevOps)
• SaaS
• 3rd party vendors
• Data management
• Web and front-end development
• UX/UI
