How will you contribute?
As IT Director, you will lead our IT teams in Lund and Bordeaux, overseeing the entire IT environment-from infrastructure and networks to software and hardware. This is a newly created position, reflecting the company's commitment to building a secure and stable IT environment. Reporting to the CFO, you will have the exciting challenge of developing and implementing IT strategies that align with CellaVision's growth plans and security priorities.
As an IT Director, your work will involve:
Leading and supporting two highly skilled IT teams in Lund and Bordeaux ( Bordeaux, dotted line).
Ensuring our IT infrastructure is stable, secure, and future-proof.
Develop and implement IT strategy in alignment with CellaVision goals and objectives.
Develop and implement IT governance policies to ensure that IT operations align with the CellaVision goals and comply with regulations.
Managing stakeholder communication across the business, translating technical concepts into business language.
Continuously evaluating new technologies and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Handling IT procurement, vendor relations, and budget management.
Ensuring the physical security of our systems, including access control and alarms.
What will you bring?
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with a strong technical background and a profound interest in IT, along with extensive expertise in IT Operations and IT Security.
While prior experience as an IT Director isn't necessary, you must have proven leadership skills and substantial knowledge of managing IT operations. Additionally, you should be capable of analyzing business requirements and converting them into effective technical solutions.

This role is based in Lund, some travel may be required.
