National Pen supply 16 countries across Europe (United Kingdom, Germany, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Spain, Italy, Finland, Portugal, Belgium, Switzerland and Austria) as well as the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand with Promotional Products.
Job description:
The Outbound Upselling Agent is responsible for generating sales from existing customer orders. He or she will be assessed by the revenue generated from selling activities, number of orders approved and the quality and accuracy of order entry.
• Calling customers from existing mail orders received
• Entering orders on database and upselling live to customer
• Verifying the order and customer details on-line
• Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management
Skills/Attributes/Requirements:
• Have previous experience within a sales environment, particularly direct sales and with a proven sales ability
• Achieve and/or exceed sales targets using defined sales techniques
• Have the ability to work accurately & show good attention to detail while working under pressure
• Good telephone manner: professional, courteous, clear speech, good call management, assertive.
• Be fluent in one or more of the following languages - Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Greek, French or German.
• Be adept at identifying and developing new sales opportunities for the company
• Be computer literate, with good keyboard skills; familiar with different on-line data-base packages.
• Be a good team player
Normal Hours of Work:
39,5 hrs per work - 8 hour Day Shift is operational between 7.30 am & 5.30 pm Mon to Fri.
Salary:
Starting at 18,616 euro basic per annum plus sales commission of 100-300 euro per week depending on targets reached.
The company will be able to help with accomodation in the beginning and travel costs.

National Pen Limited, Finnabair Industrial Park, Dundalk, Co Louth.
