Group IT is a small stream lined organisation responsible for provision of IT-services to the business areas within Greencarrier. Services cover IT-infrastructure as well as business application and integration services.

Liner Agency uses Jeeves for finance, controlling and operative support. Jeeves provides critical system support for efficient administration and is run in parallel with Shipment On-Line (SOL), a web based system provided by Evergreen to manage container shipping. There is an advanced interface between the two systems where Jeeves has been adopted to support business demands over the years. Jeeves is also in use for finance/accounting within Greencarrier AB and Scandinavian Shipping and Logistics.
1st line support is managed by local key-users with capacity to support end-users with basic questions relating to usage of the systems. When need for deeper expertise or onsite support this will be forwarded to the team in charge. Jeeves Application Support acts as 2nd level support with responsibility to handle requests/incidents relating to Jeeves. More specifically this includes daily maintenance and support, coordination of incidents with 3rd part suppliers and handling of standard change requests.
In order to secure efficient maintenance and support of the application and underlying technical platform we are now looking to employ a Jeeves System Administrator. The role will focus on daily operations with handling of incoming incidents. Responsibilities also cover basic system administration, development of reports (Chrystal reports and Microsoft SSRS) and understanding of customer adaptations including understanding of underlying technical platform (Windows and SQL-server).
Your work tasks
Prioritise incoming incidents and requests
Dispatch and coordinate resolution of complex incidents involving needed experts
File and follow-up on incidents towards Jeeves and other 3rd parties
Solve standard change requests such as; administration of user accounts, security settings and basic system configuration. Development/changes of reports.
Dialogue/feedback with end-users
Maintain a structured documentation including updates of incidents in the service desk system (ServiceNow)
Ensure a functioning and stable technical platform including database in dialogue with external expertise
Vem är du?
Ability to coordinate and prioritise amongst different types of requests
Broad technical understanding from Microsoft environment and IT systems administration, for ex printing, active directory, SQL.
Service oriented attitude with high motivation and drive
Team player with ability to build positive relationships in an international environment
Fluent in English both written and oral
Merit is also experience from; transportation/shipping industry, knowledge of Jeeves, ERP and transportation management systems, understanding of a global organization and culture.
The position is full time and part of the Group IT function with location in Gothenburg, reporting to Jeeves Application Manager.
