On behalf of Amaya TNG are currently looking for a customer service agent with excellent knowledge of English and Japanese language. As a customer service agent you will belong to a unit of 25 people who provide 24/7 support to Amaya's customers worldwide.
The focus of the position can be divided into three parts:
• Receive and handle customer cases, primarily by email and chat, but also by phone. These cases may come from both private and businesses customers
• Responsibility for handling incidents involving Amaya's business
• Risk and fraud monitoring
Customer Services are available 24/7, 365 days a year. The work is carried out in shifts which also includes working nightshifts, weekends and swedish public holidays.
Vem är du?
Prior experience of customer service in the gaming industry is valued but not a requirement. Amaya highly stresses the importance of personal qualities. Due to the international environment, candidates that display high levels of responsibility, punctuality and the ability to perform under pressure is looked highly upon. Excellent communication skills and a keen interest to deliver the best service to our customers at all times is a strong requirement.
Amaya's customers are positioned worldwide and they need to strengthen their organization with Japanese speaking customer service agents. All applicants need to have excellent written and oral skills in the Japanese language. Additionally, you will need to speak and write fluent English since it is the official corporate language.
