In your role as an Architect you will ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&Ms architectural guidelines. We are now recruiting several System Architects and IT Area Architects for deliveries that supports our business within Logistics and e-commerce.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Architect comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Realize business needs into an efficient IT delivery
• Ensure that the architecture is aligned with H&Ms architectural guidelines
• Set the overall solution design for our delivery and ensure it is well documented
• Technical evaluation of solutions and products
• Take an active role in architecture forums
• Represent the architectural perspective regarding project and maintenance steering
• Carry out risk assessments
• Be responsible that the architecture is communicated both within internal and external stakeholder.
As an IT Area Architect you will also have the overall responsibility for one of our solutions and how the solution is integrated within the H&M environment as well as how it interacts with other solutions outside H&M. In addition you will coach, steer and allocate the work to the System Architects within the area.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have the ability to adapt to new conditions, you can inspire, motivate and create a good atmosphere around you. You are self-driven, analytic, and structured. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Architect in a larger global IT organizations
• Deep and broad experience of different platforms and technical solutions
• Experience in EA framework and methods, preferably TOGAF
• Experience of integrated solutions, both standard and in-house developed
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English
We believe you have experience of e-commerce solutions (such as SAP ERP or SAP Hybris) and/or systems within supply chain (i.e. Warehouse Management and Carrier Systems). Experience of procurements, external IT-solution deliveries and working with offshore is qualifying.
To be successful as an IT Area Architect we believe you are an experienced and confident leader. You have strong communication skills with a natural ability to present the vision of all architecture within your area to all stakeholders. You have the ability to see the big picture, yet are able to perform analysis on more detailed levels.
