The construction industry is currently facing a development leap where the change agent is spelled digitalization. We are currently recruiting IT professionals who thrive on becoming important players in our digital transformation journey, taking construction to new heights through IT.
We are growing and are now looking for IT Service-/Product Owner with interest and experience from HR and Commercial IT. You will join the Group function "Finance & IT", which leads NCC 's strategic development and major change programs in the business. Finance & IT is NCC's development and delivery function for IT as well as operations development and research & innovation. We are a Nordic organization with 140+ employees working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCCs business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.
Your role and responsibilities
As IT Service-/Product Owner you are accountable for end-to-end service delivery and development including all service offerings, in particular the value that the service delivers. HR IT contains services related to Payroll, Travel and Expense, HRM etc. Commercial tools contain CRM Tools and websites.
In this position you will
* be responsible for the management, operations and delivery of defined Product categories according to the service levels, agreed with the business
* plan, organize, lead and coordinate on tactical level the efforts to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources
* manage suppliers, and act as agreement owner
* lead the tactical governance forums both with stakeholders and with key suppliers within your area of responsibility
* request resources from IT Competence Center
* plan, develop, manage and follow-up the work within the team
Your profile
We believe that you have an Academic degree in IT or equivalent working experience and good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have good knowledge and experience of Cloud technologies and IT Infrastructure. You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written. Experience from working with HR applications. Other important experiences are ITIL, SIAM and Agile processes.
You will be very important for us in our strategic journey, and we think that you have:
* several years from leadership positions and managing teams
* experience of delivering products with and Agile setup, both Development and Operations
* knowledge and experience in IT sourcing and vendor management
* extensive experience of outsourced delivery
* excellent stakeholder management
* experience in budgeting and cost management

* have a humble and servant attitude with passion to deliver and operate with high quality
* have a genuine interest in new technologies, business models, methods, and processes

Additional information
This position can be in any of our major cities in the Nordics, but you will be working closely with our stakeholders located at our office in Stockholm, Sweden. The position may require some travelling within the Nordic countries, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.
