Who are we?
The group People & Culture IT Solutions supports Scania with People & Culture (P&C) IT-solutions, covering the whole lifecycle, from requirement analysis to implementation and production. Scania's business is changing over time, and we are on a journey phasing out older applications and implementing modern technologies. We are replacing local solutions with a global way of working and a more consistent application landscape.
Globalization, digitalization, and mobility are examples of trends that are affecting our business environment. We are moving towards SAP SuccessFactors, SaaS (Software as a service), and AWS (Amazon Web Services) in our IT landscape.
We are now looking for a Service Manager for one of our most critical platforms - MySuccess (SAP SuccessFactors). If you are looking for a position that provides leadership development and continuous improvements, you have come to the right place!
What is the role about?
SAP SuccessFactors has recently been implemented in 48 Scania units across 39 countries and will be expanded to 26 more units in 21 more countries by October 2024 globally across Scania. This will be the main global HR system for HR operations worldwide with high demand for availability and service quality. As the Service Manager for SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for upholding the IT service level agreements and you will play a key role in the digitalization journey by increasing the user adoption of the SuccessFactors globally in close co-operation with the Product owners and other global support teams. You will also be our agile evangelist guiding your team to deliver value to our stakeholders using agile frameworks in collaboration with connected applications.
As a Service Manager for MyS you will have a AMS team of 14 people, that are placed in both Sweden and India. You work together with the AMS team, making sure to deliver and prioritize according to P&C requirements. We have a great team spirit and value each other's skills and differences. Having fun together is important to us as well as having a balance between work and private life.
In a larger context, you will be an active member in our Service Manager forum consisting of five Service Managers within the P&C IT organization where you will work with continuous improvements and best practices in Service Management.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Responsible for daily support and maintenance activities for the SAP SuccessFactors delivery
* Serve as the primary point of contact for IT deliveries
* Understand business needs and requirements, actively propose and implement solutions with support from solution architects that are in line with IT strategies
* Represent IT in portfolio meetings with the customer and Scania in supplier meetings
* Organize, lead and facilitate meetings with relevant stakeholders
* Manage IT budget activities
* Create, update and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with IT processes and guidelines
* Initiate and drive process improvements like incident- and change management to improve the customer experience

Required Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role, leading a team in a global setting with complex deliveries
* Operational service expertise
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge and experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or other People & Culture platform
* Basic understanding of infrastructure, integrations, security and automation tools and technologies
* Fluent in English
* Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
