We are looking for an IT Onsite Engineer based in Gothenburg.
Lead in:
Do you have what it takes to work in the best IT-team in the business? We wish to extend ours with another member. You will be based in our Gothenburg office and will be part of the virtual team supporting our sites in Northern & Southern Europe.
The work is very varied where several projects and cases running in parallel, you need to be service-oriented and structured at the same time. We see that you find it easy to dive into problems and are a good solver, both practically and theoretically. As well as having the ability to be perceptive and responsive to users or customers' needs and problems.
Our IT environment is always under review for improvements but as of now, mainly built on PCs running Thin Kiosk, configured based on customer requirements. There is also a share pf regular PCs and laptops. We run VMWare as the virtualization platform and mostly Windows Servers. The network consists of Cisco devices and we have Avaya as telephony platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrating Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Patch management.
Microsoft Office with Outlook and Exchange, cloud or on premises.
Networking knowledge and limited Cisco administration
Experience of working with end user support, case management and help desk
There will also be the possibility for travel between sites as and when required.

Qualifications:
Automation and scripting experience
Relevant experience of virtualization in VMware
Remote Desktop Services and thin clients
Citrix with focus on XenApp
Knowledge in SIP and IP Telephony
Linux experience

Language skills
English is our corporate language so need to be fluent in English, both verbally and written.
Supporting the region, being a native speaker in a Scandinavian language is a must.

The job is including on-call rotation and full time with permanent employment.
