We are now looking for an IT Manager / Senior Solution Architect Sales & Marketing
Description
The Senior Solution Architect plays a critical role within NEVS, serving as an IT-business partner, strategic advisor and product and platform expert to the company's internal sales & marketing customers.
Your area of responsibility is primarily within the area where the worlds of CRM, E-Commerce and IoT meet and where you will act as the chief architect and be the link between business and IT platforms and suppliers. While this role is based in Sweden, you will also work from time to time internationally (e.g. China).
Your main responsibilities will be to;
• Lead the evaluation of technical and business requirements, review and guide project direction, implementation approach, direct early solution evaluation around gaps/risks, including the pro-active management of issues and effective engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders,
• Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate ability to drive to successful resolution,
• Build relationships with business partners, internal and external; contribute to broader goals and growth beyond the scope of a single or your current project,
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor, drive conversations with our internal technical and business stakeholders armed with best practices for CRM and enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance,
• Direct and mentor diverse (teams of) resources in technical delivery aspects and carefully consider communication strategies, executive influence, differing or conflicting goals, and other similar non-technical challenges,
• Play a pivotal role in supporting, coordinating and building the IT strategy for the Sales & Marketing division.
Qualifications;
• BSc or MSc in computer science, software engineering or related areas,
• Extensive enterprise experience, including implementation experience with one or more common enterprise CRM software solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP CRM) and cloud and IoT platforms (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, AliCloud) filling positions of increasing responsibility and management of more junior technical resources,
• Experience as a Senior Architect and/or CTO in a mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving an organizational transformation in a matrixed organization using cloud technologies,
• Experience with key areas of enterprise and IoT architectures, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management,
• Experience with Lean, Agile and/or Waterfall development and implementation methodologies,
• Proven results in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, development and release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that exceed customer needs,
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Swedish and Chinese are a strong plus.

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
