About the assignment
The assignment is located at an international industrial company in Gothenburg. You will be part of their department "Finance operations center Emea Central Controlling". There are five IT controllers in the shared service center. Responsible for managing cost and operations controlling as well as financial planning and analysis for the company's IT. The IT apartment is a global organization responsible for IT systems and projects
You will in this role manage Cost and Operations Controlling as well as financial planning and analysis. Support the project leader with the request to pay process. Support the IT responsible service owner with the business case calculation and follow-up. Work close to the IT billing controller to make sure all costs are re-charged to the operational units. Open and close projects in the IT system for cost follow-up of projects as well as in the billing system. Educate the project leaders in the financial systems and processes. Be an active member of the IT billing board with DXC.
Other assignments:
* Responsible for Planning-, Forecast- and Financial reporting
* Participate in Business Process Solution operational meetings
* Participate in IT portfolio meetings with senior management in the company
* Pro-actively analyze the financial results, including accurate and meaningful comments and forecasts that call attention to important trends and potential problems/risks and opportunities
* Developing standardize tools and processes
Qualifications
* University degree in business administration
* At least 3 years of experience from working in a similar position.
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Strong skills in Power-Point and Exce
* Experience from project controlling in SAP
* Knowledge in Power BI.
It would be beneficial with a background from IT finance
