hela Sverige Join our Group IT team at Coor as an IT Business Analyst and be part of a collaborative environment where teamwork and humbleness are essential. You will work on various projects, in a, supporting the company in diverse assignments. We value an open communication and a supportive environment, where sharing challenges and ideas is encouraged. In this position you will play an important role in bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities. Your responsibilities will include analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyse and document business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate discussions with relevant parties to understand priorities and detailed needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business needs and translate them into IT requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and functionalities.
• Support testing activities to ensure business needs are met.
• Participate in various projects and liaise with stakeholders in the business, as well as testers and project managers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication (English and Swedish) and stakeholder management abilities.
• You have a keen interest in the role of IT Business Analyst
• Have previous work experience related to the IT or Business Analysis domain, or within the service domain.
It is considered a plus if you:
• Have experience in IT-related requirements gathering.
• Have experience with process mapping.
• Have experience in quality assurance (test) related activities.
