YOU WILL
In this role you will lead the management, monitoring, and improvement of sales systems/ CRM and CPQ tools for change management, release management and incident management. You will accomplish this by acquiring a thorough understanding of business processes, products, services, and its contractual commitments, by monitoring the existing processes and by advising online management improvements of IT processes. In addition to this you will handle documentation, maturity assessments, and quality assessments performed on processes to meet contractual requirements and cost savings. You will work closely together with the IT Application Specialists, the Service Desk, IT Delivery Manager.
You will be responsible for the support of the CRM and CPQ applications and the main tasks to be performed are:
• Approving applications for go live
• Supporting different versions of the software and related software
• Attending or leading meetings regarding using the MLE governance (PM3)
• Conducting presentations about the systems
• Establish and keeping contact with suppliers/consultants of the systems
• Troubleshooting
• Creating and adapting business reports
YOU ARE
We are looking for you that have several years of experience within CRM/CPQ systems, preferably SuperOffice and Tacton. You have a broad understanding, from both technical and business perspective. Since you will have a lot of contact with many stakeholders during different projects it is important that you feel comfortable in presenting and can easily capture requirements for the CRM/CPQ systems. It is an advantage if you also have experience in project management and/or work with PM3 model. You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
As a person you are self-driven and strategic as well as operative and problem-solving. You have a structured way of working. You work well in a dynamic team and can easily adapt to changes. Taking initiatives come easy to you and you are positive and solution-oriented.
