We are looking for an exceptional person that can drive the investment process and be responsible for the portfolio of startups. Together with the investment team you will screen and evaluate investment opportunities through operational, commercial and financial due diligence, perform risk analysis, prepare and execute investments. The Investment Manager is expected to contribute to the team's ongoing assessment of market opportunities and risks. You will have main responsibility for the overall process and be the main point of contact for startups.
In addition, you will manage the current portfolio of startups. Half of the portfolio sits in our incubator in central Stockholm. Portfolio responsibility entails acting as a sounding board towards entrepreneurs, challenge strategic and operational decision making, help with business plans, analyses and reporting as well as connect entrepreneurs to other Wellstreet specialists - all with the goal to help companies succeed and create long lasting businesses.
You will also work on designing and improving internal processes and routines. Wellstreet is constantly evolving with new business entities and initiatives, and you will be a central part of making it happen.
We are looking for someone with experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or venture capital. It may also be that you are a startup founder that knows what it takes to found, build and scale a company. Being passionate about entrepreneurship, the startup scene, tech and investments is of course also a big plus.
Wellstreet started in early 2016 and is today one of Sweden's fastest growing investment companies targeting businesses with clear path to profitability that are consumer-centric, online-based or infrastructure companies supporting the digital value chain.
The Wellstreet Family consists of over 100 professionals from 30 companies, of which over half of these are located at Wellstreet's head office and incubator in central Stockholm.
