International Sales Manager

We are looking for an international relationship builder with a keen eye for digital marketing and a passion for doing business. In this role you will be actively working within international markets, offering advertising solutions within the travel sector. In particular, you will deal closely with some of the world's largest media agencies and travel brands.

You will be responsible for taking control of your assigned international markets and building your own customer base. Each market and customer presents its own unique challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a detail oriented, problem solver who is able to identify the best possible advertising solution for each individual customer.

We are in an exciting period of growth, which you will hold a core role in building our business. This role demands someone who is not only capable of taking full responsibility of these markets but also ensures that our ambitious sales targets are met.

Full disclosure, this is not a role for the faint hearted. As an individual, you need to have persistence, drive and discipline while possessing a broad understanding of technology and analytics. Because of our cutting-edge product, building trust with customers whom experience our advertising channels for the first time is imperative. If you want to succeed, it is vital that you have a warrior spirit and are willing to embrace new and challenging situations without hesitation.

Technical Know-how

We work with progressive and innovative technology allowing us to deliver high performing advertising solutions to our customers. You need to be able to pair your passion for digital marketing, and knowledge of technology, in order to customise the best solution for each customer.

Sales Training

You are eager to further develop your skills within digital marketing and sales. We will provide comprehensive sales training from day one. Furthermore, you will have access to an experienced sales manager who will support you in your daily tasks.

You will have the following responsibilities & duties:

• Build and maintain relationships (direct customers and/or media agencies) while managing pre-established customers
• In-depth market research for pinpointing new leads and opportunities
• Engage in weekly meetings and provide updates, forecasts, progress reports & market analysis
• Evaluate results - identify key data and performance indicators
• Develop and maintain technical skills through reviewing current trends and partaking in industry specific courses and evenets
• Contribute positively to the Travel Impact team and meet team goals
• Reach (and exceed!) quarterly sales targets
• You will be working with international markets, therefore it's important that you are proficient in English, both written and oral.

Qualifications:

• A university degree (post graduate education a bonus not essential)
• +3 years of relevant industry experience (account/partnership management or business development)
• A solid track record of building relationships and increasing revenues

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to carefully manage expectations across markets
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks without supervision
• Experience within generating and nurturing leads into new customers
• Analytically proficient within technical, contractual and financial issues
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced and constantly evolving team environment
• Experience within deploying and managing media campaigns with ad serving systems such as: DoubleClick, Atlas, etc, (a bonus not essential).
• Energetic personality with a team orientated attitude (essential)

Start date: March
Location: You will be based in our office in Malmö, Sweden
Salary: Fixed salary + quarterly bonus that reflects your qualifications and performance
