WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As an Integration Manager you will work in the Business Development team, a part of the New Business Department. You will work with stakeholders from every part of the Axis organization and operate as an integral part in the post-acquisition phase of acquisition projects. Job responsibilities center on manage the integration and coordination between Axis and the acquired companies, acting as the main contact person and driver in this phase.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Manage post acquisition integrations
Maintain and develop good business relations with internal and external stakeholders Take part in the Due- Diligence phase in order to gather information and prepare integration plans Manage risks to the business as well as to the integration project Work with HR and Communications in order to get a positive start. Be the central contact for Axis staff as well as for staff at the acquired company during the integration phase Bringing the different teams closer together Help personnel adjust to change Identify and reduce cultural barriers Ensure tools and information are shared
The position requires more than 50 days of travelling.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As an Integration manager it is important to be an excellent problem solver with diplomatic skills. We believe you are an open minded and socially skilled individual who is always open to colleagues and stakeholders. You have excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. We believe that you have the ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. You have a structured way of solving and attacking tasks and issues, yet a flexible mindset, enjoy high pace and open to change.
Furthermore we believe that you have:
An academic degree and minimum of 5 years of work experience
Experience from acquisitions Proven success from post-acquisition integrations Excellent understanding of business and market dynamics Interest and knowledge in technology High integrity, diplomatic skills and being a good ambassador for Axis culture and values Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English
The New Business team
The New Business team is a unique group within Axis. The group is responsible for driving and evaluating new business ideas from a technical and a commercial perspective, and product development to offer customers the best products on the market. The team has market oriented business development resources as well as product development resources. The team's focus is on ideas outside Axis current focus on Network Video. The ambition is to leverage on Axis existing expertise and capacity which will require a flexible and open co-operation with R&D and other departments.
