We are looking for a new colleague with an interest in service and maintenance of laboratory instrument and equipment. This is us, your new colleagues at Powertrain Engineering
In this position you will work within Powertrain Engineering organization at Volvo Group Trucks Technology. You will be part of an organization dedicated to technology as well as empowering and developing our employees. We trust each other, share knowledge and passion for technology and take responsibility for what we do. We are proud product owners for components, systems as well as complete powertrains. We are accountable for the lifecycle management of our products, from advanced engineering, through product development into the maintenance phase. The majority of our powertrain components are traditional combustion engines, after treatment systems, transmissions and axles however the importance of e-mobility components is growing every day.

Your responsibilities
As Instrument technician the main objective is to do service and maintenance on our emission measurement equipment.
You will also work with other test cell equipment such as pressure and temperature sensors as well as troubleshooting of laboratory equipment in general.

Other criteria for the position:
Experience in emission instruments / testing is highly appreciated .
Technical interest in engines / electronics
Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
Good English and Swedish (both spoken and written).
