We are growing quickly and are now looking to fill two Inside Sales Manager positions that will support the growth of a new business team within one of Gothenburg's best and much-loved tech companies.  About the role

We are building a business team that is launching a new payment solution that is set to change the industry. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will have the pleasure of working with our current clients and growing adoption of the new solution. You will be an integral part of this team, strengthening existing relationships and helping drive success for the business.

In this position you will be responsible for bringing new clients onboard – but it's not just about selling a product, it's about changing the way clients work, providing great customer service and being part of building something brilliant. We believe you will bring your exceptional sales skills, flexibility, tenacity and fearlessness to this position. You're eager to join a team that aims high and works hard to achieve constant success.

About you

Your previous experience and/or education enable you to do this job the best way possible. We know you are a positive, self-driven person who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial company that is highly change- and growth-oriented. You are a team player, focused on providing solutions and accustomed to taking their own initiative and responsibility. You will need a flexible approach to your ways of working since anything (within reason) could pop up on your agenda.

 Most importantly – you have an analytical mind with a problem solving obsession.

Since you will be in direct contact with financial controllers, CFOs and other finance professionals, it is an advantage if you have some financial knowledge or experience, but certainly not a must.
You must be fluent in English both spoken and written. The phone is going to be your new best friend and you must be comfortable with it and enjoy using it to build long-standing, commercial relationships that will help determine success for our business. Looking forward to hearing from you!
