Main Responsibilities:
• Take care of the expenses- and travel claims .
• Booking of the meeting room, guest service,
• Booking of hotels, travels, restaurant arrangements,
• Update of the telephone/address list. Distribution to all including emergency plan, freight,
• Posting of invoices, responsibility for office material/machinery,
• Sick leave admin support,
• CRM super user,
• General office admin - daily office maintenance, contact person for technical switchboard/IT/coffee etc responsibility for office material/machinery/daily post,
• General Manager admin support
• Customer Service day-to-day business
• Ordering office supplies, arranging transport of recycling material cardboard material / office. Waste (paper).
Qualifications:
• 2-3 years customer service experience
• English and Swedish, preferable other Nordic languages,
• CRM knowledge,
• SAP,
• Microsoft Office,
• Multitask capability.
