Are you a self-driven and ambitious person with a business mindset? iDeal of Sweden is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be overall responsible for the profit and loss for 3 teams in the influencer marketing organization, working tightly with Team Leaders and reports to Head Of Influencer Marketing. Your primary focus is on how to develop the teams sales result.
Areas of responsibility & Working Tasks/projects
• Responsible for the P/L for 3 teams in the influencer marketing organization. This includes collaborations (paid & micros or micro/paid) and optimization of campaigns
• Responsible for recruitments for the team and overall responsibility for personnel in the teams
• Set and adjust budget-, sales- and collaboration targets in order to reach sales and goals
• Being up to date with trends in the industry and not afraid of trying new things.
• Responsible for the team performance with the Team Leads reporting directly to the role.
• Work cross-functionally across different departments
• Work closely with Head of Influencer Marketing to drive innovation, automatization and set strategies for different markets.
• Assist Head Of Influencer Marketing in different projects and stand-in for important meetings with senior management
• Assist with local and global events
Essential Characteristics
• At least 2 years of experience from working with Influencer Marketing
• Management experience
• Great interest in social media and has a commercial mindset
• Works well in a rapidly changing and fast-moving environment.
• Hands on with the ability to work independently
• Customer-focused, results-oriented and brand-addicted
• Is well organized with close attention to details.
