As our Influencer Manager for Brand Development, you will be responsible for managing influencer marketing efforts to reach brand and business goals. You will develop clear strategies, ensure efficient execution, and maintain high-quality performance in influencer marketing. You will secure channel implementation both globally and locally.
Your responsibilities also include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for performance tracking and deliver measurable results in awareness, engagement, and ROI.
Lead by example with a growth mindset and the ability to drive a shift in H&M's influencer marketing presence and performance.
Ensure channel integration with broader marketing efforts, maintaining streamlined processes and coordination across teams.
Be responsible for the team's performance, development, and ways of working.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is someone who has high attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and knows how to get their point across effectively. You thrive while juggling multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, maintaining calm and good judgment. With your strong collaboration and organizational skills, you lead your productions with ease and deliver strong results.
We see that you have:
8+ years of experience in social media marketing, with the majority of these within Influencer Marketing (~5+ years).
4+ years of leadership experience, with previous reporting lines no more than three layers from the CMO (or similar).
Experience in managing the influencer strategy of a large global brand.
Proven ability to deliver commercial results through influencers.
Deep knowledge of technology related to Influencer Marketing.
Track record of building new functions and operating models.
Experience working in global marketing functions where P&L responsibilities are decentralized.
Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position, starting January 1, 2025 or as soon as possible and is based on-site in our Head Offices in Stockholm.
