What's in it for you?

A/B testing is the art of testing & validating new software features directly on our customer fleet, using OTA data collection and also software updates. In this new way of development, already used extensively in modern IT/WEB business, teams can work in exploratory and experimental ways to develop and improve functionality in short loops based on data from carefully selected groups of customers receiving different versions. For each update two subgroups are selected, group A having the original product and group B receiving the update. Data is carefully collected from both groups during a well-defined period and the decision if to keep, scrap or further develop the update is made based on the collected data. What we do is simply to apply the scientific method on product development.

You need to be dedicated, focused and motivated for quite a long journey. You enjoy taking on responsibility, are driven and can swiftly navigate with the right task on hand and build your roadmap along the way. In this role you will regularly meet up with people in and outside of the organization.
