In-Store Marketing Experience Manager AEG & Zanussi
Within the 360 Marketing Experience organization, the mission of the In-Store Marketing Experience Manager, is to achieve a best in class position on the shop floor ("Winning In-Store"), by providing the organization, business partners and consumers, with engaging marketing tools & materials. He/she will be responsible for strengthening the AEG and ZANUSSI brand positioning across different channels, and for reinforcing the envisioned perception of these brands in the eyes of our consumers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop the AEG and Zanussi In-Store Marketing strategy and drive pan-european initiatives to
increase the impact of brand and product communication on the shop floor
• Partner with Brand teams, the 360 Marketing Experience teams, Trade Marketing Operations (Sales)
and Product Marketing to drive sell-out
• Ensure full alignment between the AEG- and Zanussi Brand Strategy and the In-Store strategy
• Successfully manage the In-Store marketing budget for defined projects to deliver upon the
objectives given
• Manage the creative process of POS campaigns (from Creative Concepts to Master Artworks)
• Own the relationship with retail creative agencies
• Drive European synergies in In-Store marketing
• Ensure In-Store activation of Always-on-campaigns
• Increase visual impact, identity and standout on the shop floor
• Work hand in hand with Trade Marketing Operations to secure a Best In Class execution of all European Initiatives
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of In-Store marketing activities and continuously improve retailing efforts and solutions
• Drive innovation and enhance existing efforts of In-Store material and formats
• Capture new technologies and digital trends applicable for In-Store retail
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales from international consumer focused companies
• University Degree/ Business school or equivalent
• Profound knowledge of the Retail Environment. Knowledge of online technologies is a plus
• A solid background in project management, both strategic and operational

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
• A proven track record in working within international and multicultural teams, ideally in a complex matrix organization
• Team player and networker, able to leverage resources from different areas to work together towards
overall objectives
• Good listening,communication and presentation skills
• Structured
• Service minded, flexible, action oriented
• Takes great individual responsibility and ownership
• Willing to travel across Europe, Middle East and Africa (20%-30% of overall time)

REQUIRED LANGUAGES
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of German is considered as a plus
