Improvement & Performance Manager
Business Area Managed Services has been on an exciting journey since it was created a little over a year ago, following the Focused Business Strategy set-out by our CEO. At the time, Managed Services had a negative financial result and was tasked with driving a turn-around of the business. The Performance and Transformation Office has been an integral part of this turnaround and as part of the team, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of Managed Services!



The Performance and Transformation Office is responsible for three key areas
• Lead execution of Business Area efficiency programs. Reviewed on monthly basis with Head of the Business Area and Business Area Leadership team, reported to CEO via Group Transformation Office.
• Ensure Business Area strategy execution through leading indicators as defined during target setting process. Communicated by the Head of the Business Area on a quarterly basis to the whole Business Area.
• Drive risk management for the Business Area.



As part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting these three key areas which can entail:
• Lead updates on progress of Business Area efficiency programs including discussion and follow-up with stakeholders across Business Area and Market Areas
• Drive risk management within Business Area and follow-up on progress
• Lead quarterly update of strategy execution for the Business Area
• Support to identify and qualify leading performance indicators
• Prepare information provided to the external market and investors

You are excited to interact and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation. You are passionate about finding ways to increase the efficiency of an organization to create value for the Business Area, Ericsson and our shareholders.



Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
• Excellent academic achievements from Business or Engineering degree
• 1-2 years of experience from related role within change management or analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured way of working
• Highly motivated and driven, drive to create true business value
• Ability to work with variety of stakeholders in international environment



Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience on the similar position would be a plus
• Experience from working in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• International experience from exchanges and previous role
• Capability and experience from leading own initiatives
