Our Client is an American public multinational corporation that develops, manufactures, licenses, and supports a wide range of products and services predominantly related to computing through its various product divisions.

Its most profitable products have come to dominate the commercial office suite market, and the company's operating system, which has achieved near ubiquity in the desktop computer market. The company has also diversified in recent years into the video game industry as well as into the consumer electronics and digital services market.

Venezu is a temp and recruitment agency that works exclusively with B2B companies in the ICT industry. We focus on the Nordic market and we are looking for motivated and skilled candidates that fit the innovative and can-do environment of our customers. We are now looking for an Immersion Program Manager

CIE, Customer Immersive Experience, is a standardized presentation of our clients to their potential customers. This could for instance be a customer meeting with duration of 2-4 hours focusing mainly on Digital Transformation or focusing on customers who aren't aware of new opportunities that new technologies offer. The Immersion Program Manager is part of a community spread across 14 countries. This community helps the sales and Marketing teams deliver on impact. In Western Europe we have three different Immersion approaches that will be managed by the Customer Immersion Program Manager.

This is a position where you will be in the unique position to build contacts and promote your skill set towards a lot of people within our clients' organization; there will be a lot of dialogue on management level within the organization and the partner eco system. You will help partners and account teams achieve their goals and you can have a huge impact to the revenue stream to our client!
Among your tasks and responsibilities':

1. Ownership of the local Immersion plan and execution
a. Build the local plan (partner selection, account planning, renewal plan, marketing plan)
b. Connecting with customers if needed
c. Coordinate all internal resources for the events

2. Internal awareness
a. Drive awareness sessions to sales, marketing, partner teams
b. Promote the value of the program
c. Show demos to partners

3. Cross Group Collaboration - make sure that all internal resources are committed to the program
a. Sales team: discuss and plan with them, target the accounts and sync on a daily basis with the sales resources
b. Partners: the key to the success - select the right partners, train them, use their network
c. Marketing: next to the sales team, marketing can play an important role to create your demand. Work in close collaboration with this team to promote the Immersion program!

4. Reporting and impact
a. The Immersion program is one of the most impactful marketing programs for our client! There's a direct correlation between the program and revenue.
b. Measured as follow: session delivered, impacted revenue, partner that delivered the session and was it linked to renewal (more sales)

We are looking for a candidate with the following to three hard skills:
• Strong and convincing dialogue with partners and internal resources
• Able to sell the value of the program
• Understanding partner motivation and adapt for success

This is the candidate requirements we are looking for:

• Two years of marketing experience / relevant experience

The candidates we are looking for are fluent in Swedish and English and you have a work permit already in place. The temp position as Immersion Manager has an end date, the 30th of June 2019 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients' office in Stockholm.
