IKEA IT is recruiting a Service Owner within the area Supplying Delivery
The Supplying Process is making the IKEA range available for our customers by buying, producing and distributing it to the lowest cost possible, high customer experienced quality and under good social as well as environmental conditions.
Assignment Service Owner
As a Service Owner within the Supplying Delivery Area your are responsible for;
• Planning, steering and follow-up of line activity- and delivery plans for the area
• IT delivery budget, forecasting and for following up on internal and external cost
• Ensuring compliance to IT Delivery processes, routines and methods within the area
• Optimizing the overall efficiency with focus on cost and simplicity
• Securing release and deployment management according to SLA
• Life cycle management of the service portfolio
• Establishing, measure and follow up on OLAs
Is this the right challenge for you?
To succeed in your role we think you have at least 3 years of experience
from the transportation and/or customer order area in delivery technical services.
You have been working in global application development and -deployment processes and you have extended knowledge of Life Cycle Management. You know what it means to have the responsibility of a delivery and to steer others through KPI's. Experience from negotiating contracts and follow up towards 3rd party supplier is crucial. Furthermore, you have understanding of ITIL foundation and knowledge and experience of project methodologies i.e. PPS and RUP.
As a person you are simple and humble with the ability to enable good relationship management. You show enthusiasm, drive and determination and you challenge established ways of thinking and working. You are also analytical and have the ability to work independently and to learn quickly.
The position is located in Helsingborg, but please note that the area of responsibility is in Dortmund, Germany where both IKEA IT and Business organization are located. This requires several travel days per month.
