OM FÖRETAGET OCH TJÄNSTEN
Målet för Football Primetime FC "The Showteam" är Superettan år 2030. Klubben bildades 13 december 2019 och har sedan dess vunnit division 6 och 5. Kommande säsong år 2025 spelar herrlaget i division 4 Östra i Kalmar län, Smålands Fotbollsförbund, med målet att direkt ta steget upp till division 3. Klubben har idag ett lag och det är herrlaget som har sin hemmaborg på den anrika och fantastiska arenan Fredriksskans i centrala Kalmar. På sikt kommer klubben att ha flera lag på juniornivå upp till seniornivå med A och B-lag. Klubben samverkar med CIS-gruppen
www.cis.se där barn och ungdomar bland annat ges möjlighet att studera och samtidigt utöva sin sport på skoltid. I takt med fler fotbollsspelare i CIS-gruppens skolor och klubbens juniorverksamhet ökar det rekryteringsbasen underifrån till seniorlaget. Klubben söker också kontinuerligt internationella kontakter för samarbeten.
Du kommer till en ambitiös klubb med en tydlig målsättning. Du kommer till en liten och snabbfotad organisation där du som huvudtränare för herrlaget kommer att i princip ha daglig kontakt med klubbchefen och assisterande tränaren. Med jämna mellanrum kommer du också att rapportera till styrelsen och ägare. Du är beredd att satsa för att nå målet!
The goal for Football Primetime FC "The Showteam" is Superettan (the second highest league in Sweden) in 2030. The club was founded on December 13, 2019 and has since won league 6 and 5. Next season in 2025, the men's team will play in league 4 East in Kalmar County, The Football Association Småland (which is a part of the Swedish Football Association), with the goal of directly take the step up to league 3. The arena is the fabulous and historic Fredriksskans arena in central Kalmar. Today the club has one team and it is the men's team. In the long term, the club will have several teams at junior level up to senior level with A and B teams. The club collaborates with the CIS group
www.cis.se where children and youngsters are given the opportunity to study and at the same time practice their sport during school hours. In step with more footballers in CIS group schools and the club's junior activities, it increases the recruitment base from below to the senior team. The club is also continuously looking for international contacts for collaborations.
You come to an ambitious club with a clear objective. You will join a small and fast-paced organization where you, as head coach of the men's team, will basically have daily contact with the club director and the assistant coach. At regular intervals you will also report to the board and owners. You are ready to invest to reach the goal!

Du ansvarar för planering och genomförande av träningar och matcher i nära samarbete med assisterande tränaren. Du arbetar vidare med vår fotbollsfilosofi om offensiv och underhållande fotboll. Teknik, rörlighet, energi, vilja och många mål i strävan att bjuda på underhållning och seger. Du har kontinuerlig kontakt med spelare i truppen även utanför träningar och matcher. Du har en betydande roll i att värva nya spelare. Du är en förebild i vårt korrekta och positiva bemötande av ledningen, kollegor, spelare, domare, motståndare, publik, sponsorer och andra intressenter.
The job starts approximately on the 11th of November until the 31st of October 2025, which is one football season in Sweden league 4. May be extended.
You are responsible for planning and implementing training and matches in close collaboration with the assistant coach. You continue to work with our football philosophy of attacking and entertaining football. Technique, mobility, energy, eagerness to win and procuce many goals in an entertaining and winning manner. You have continuous contact with players in the squad even outside of training and matches. You have a significant role in recruiting new players. You are a role model in our correct and positive treatment of management, colleagues, players, referees, opponents, spectators, sponsors and others.
