In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by enable team members, people managers and manager of managers to fully utilize our HR services to optimize performance by supporting HR processes and to provide guidance, advice and intelligence about HR issues in the organisation.

You Bring Your Skills and Experience
As we grow bone conducted solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.

As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work. To add value to Cochlear in this role you shall be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience from an HR Specialist role with strong client focus where problem solving and judgement have been key in overcoming hurdles and sustaining continuous improvement in business performance.
• Several years of HR experience within a global company, preferable the medical device industry.
• Ability to influence and facilitate open communication across functions.
• Ability to manage and coordinate HR information as well as policies and processes at our intranet.
• Experience in Computer & System handling of commonly used Microsoft, ERP programs.
• Ability to support and contribute to a work environment that attracts and retains talented people.
• Expertise in labour law.
• Expertise in local country legal & regulatory requirements.
• Management of quality documents.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefits for Cochlear's customers.
• Ability to have a responsible attitude to working safely and building the safety culture, and to hold a commitment to lifelong learning and development.
