HR Business Partner GTT
GTT is a competence driven organization with mainly white collar employees.
The primary responsibility of the HR Business Partner is to support the managers in HR related issues that drive business performance and participate in delivering organizational goals. This position will report directly to the Regional VP of Human Resources for Group Trucks Technology in Europe

Key Responsibilities:
• Secure the correct competence through recruitment, succession planning, talent management and well-defined workforce plans
• Promote the branding of GTT as the employer of choice within defined segments
• Support the GTT management with organizational development, employee engagement and the cultural journey. Facilitate managers' development according to leadership pipeline
• Drive employee relations and workplace health & wellbeing
• Ensure that the organization complies with local labour legislations and applicable Volvo Group policies
• Facilitation of the HR processes for managers
• Cooperation with other actors in the HR Service Delivery Model (SDM) in order to ensure an effective HR support for the business
• Represent GTT in various HR networks

Essential Skills and Experience:
• Master's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum 3 year relevant work experience in HR related field
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly and creatively
• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted initiatives in conjunction with day-to-day activities and can work independently
• Ability to develop high levels of credibility and create positive professional relationships with all levels of the organization
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to coach and facilitate that helps drive transformation and change in the organization
• Labor Relations experience
• Ability to create and utilize HR data to establish reports and monitor policies and guidelines
• Good verbal and written skills
