hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ansaldo STS Sweden AB i Solna Ansaldo STS is focusing on Sweden! The Nordics HSE unit is now hiring a full time HSE Advisor for our office in Solna. This will be the main interface of HSE activities in Sweden both towards internal and external stakeholders in regards to our projects and the physical office. You will be reporting to our Nordic HSE Manager in Copenhagen.
Your job
You will lead the local activities to achieve business goals that meet shareholder expectations in a manner that focuses on health, safety and environmental, continuous improvement and good corporate governance on our projects.
The main responsibilities will consist of:
• Contribute to establish, document, implement, maintain and continually improve the HSE Local Management System in compliance with International Standards and Local Procedures
• Implement the HSE hazard identification, HSE risk assessment and identification of necessary controls measures (Management Plan) within HSE Policies, applicable HSE Legislation, HSE Customer requirements and HSE Management System
• Conduct the compliance audits to the HSE Legislative requirements
• Manage the external HSE resources appointed on Worksite and Construction site
• Identify HSE Training needs
• Identify legal and policy requirements of engaged suppliers and subcontractors
• Investigate and analyze HSE accidents and incidents (also in case of near misses)
• Identify nonconformities and verify that the corrective/preventive actions are taken to mitigate it and avoid the recurrence
• Conduct and cooperate to HSE audits, inspection and HSE legal compliance audit
We are looking for someone with the capability to maintain a proactive communication across our global organization.
Our formal requirements for this position are:
• University Degree: Engineering or similar technical degree (in alternative qualified HSE Master) or Equivalent Technical background
• Minimum 3 years' HSE experience
• Occupational proficiency in Swedish and English
Other preferred merits:
• Experience from any infrastructure project based business
• Experience from an international organization
