Job description
Your duties will include:
to take accountability for and lead as manager the HR operational support within the Nordics before, during and after transition to a new operating model
to coordinate and manage HR operational projects within the Nordics in order to harmonize and standardize processes and systems
to ensure the use of standardized HR processes and systems at local levels
to deliver standardized service to all levels in the organization
Job qualifications
You have a University Degree within HR or the equivalent education and at least five years of HR experience. It is an advantage if you have knowledge about both Swedish and Danish labor markets, however you need to have solid experience in HR processes and HR systems, e.g. pay roll system, from at least one of the countries. Additionally, you will need to have project management skills and good understanding of country HR legislation (mainly Sweden and Denmark), along with general and local agreements.
You will also need to have the ability to establish and sustain good relationship with all organizational levels in the countries. Strong organizational skills together with good knowledge and experience in IS systems, e.g. MS Office, HR systems, SAP etc are a must. Additionally, you need to be fluent in English.
As a person you are independent and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships. You have well defined planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and balance priorities.
You will be located at the headquarters of Syngenta Seeds AB in Landskrona and report to Head HR Services Lead Region EAME.
