The area HR Manager, Northern Region is responsible for the HR management of all company sites operating in Sweden, Norway and Denmark with approximately 3000 employees.
You are part of the management team Northern Region and have a close cooperation with the Regional General Manager. You report to the HR director world wide and are a key player in the development of the HR strategies for the Transcom group. To your support you have a group of HR managers and HR specialists reporting to you.
The position is located either in Stockholm or in Karlskoga. Travelling will be a part of the assignment.

Publiceringsdatum2011-03-02Dina arbetsuppgifterYour area of responsibility includes all aspects relating HR, including staffing, contracting, administration, payroll and talent management. The primary objective is to ensure the provision of excellent HR services. This will be achieved by effective leadership and business execution including, but not restricted, to the following key focus areas:
• act as a true business partner by leading cross functional business strategies
• identify and implement improvements in the HR function and directly related areas to drive cost reductions and business improvement for the company as a whole
• coordinate area HR Resources in carrying on daily activities
• perform evaluation and development of direct reports in your Area
• to ensure that all HR corporate projects are delivered to budget and within time scales in your area
• providing advice on all HR legal issues affecting the business, with the minimum financial exposure of the company
• ensure accuracy in the payroll process in your area
• to develop a talent database with succession plans for key roles
• support a performance related culture through an effective management framework
• using an external network to influence and manage relationship with unions and industry associations.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To qualify for this role you must:
• have a proven and successful track record of effective leadership within HR responsibility in the CRM or a closely related service industry
• have managed an HR team spread in different countries
• have HR experience with state of the art tools and processes in international matrix organisations with service driven businesses and cultures
• have worked in a performance driven environment
• experience in change management which requires a close relationship to unions
• experienced in shaping and driving corporate- and cultural change
• hold a university degree or equivalent higher qualification
• be fluent in English.
